Are there any mileage limits?

Yes, all vehicles come with a daily allowance of 150 miles. If you require additional mileage, this can be arranged at an extra cost.

Is fuel included in the price?

No, fuel is not included in the hire price. Vehicles are supplied with a minimum of a quarter tank of fuel and must be returned at the same level. If the fuel level is lower upon return, the difference will be charged in line with your rental agreement.

What is the minimum age to hire a vehicle?

The minimum age to hire most of our vehicles is 17. However, certain models may have higher age requirements, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.

If the main hirer meets the age requirement, can an additional driver be younger?

No, all additional drivers must meet the same age and eligibility requirements as the main hirer.

Can I add additional drivers for free?

No, there is a charge for adding additional drivers to your booking.

How much does it cost to add an additional driver?

The cost varies depending on insurance factors and will be confirmed by our team at the time of booking.

Can vehicles be taken abroad?

Yes, vehicles may be taken abroad subject to prior approval. You must inform us when making your reservation and purchase the required additional insurance. Our team will provide full details and associated costs.

When is the hire cost charged?

A non-refundable reservation fee of £99 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or upon collection/delivery of the vehicle.

How much does vehicle delivery cost?

Delivery charges are based on distance and are typically calculated at approximately £3 per mile.

Can I use someone else's card to pay for the hire?

No, payments must be made by the hirer, who is responsible for the booking. However, the driver can be added as an additional driver if they meet all requirements.

What are the licence requirements?

All drivers must hold a valid UK or international driving licence and meet the minimum age requirement of 17+.

What happens if I exceed the mileage allowance?

Additional mileage must be arranged in advance where possible. If you exceed your allocated mileage, extra charges will apply based on the agreed rate.

How much does it cost to upgrade mileage?

Mileage upgrade costs vary depending on the vehicle. Our team will provide a quote based on your requirements.

How much does it cost to hire a chauffeur driver?
